Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring high intensity drills to give players
of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.
Designed for players who have a full grasp of the fundamentals of tennis and has
experience on narrating control, power and consistency on their full court game with the use of tactics.

DESCRIPTION
This program is for 3.5 and above intermediate to advanced players only! No Beginners please!
Get ready for a full cardio workout while hitting a lot of fast paced balls and a lot of high intensity, fun group tennis games.
This is a great new way to get in shape, burn calories and includes a warm up and cool down drill.
You will definitely improve your game as you will be hitting a lot of balls and repeating various shots. We will monitor your
heart rate at intervals, so you stay within individualized aerobic target training zones.
