Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring high intensity drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.

Designed for players who have a full grasp of the fundamentals of tennis and has experience on narrating control, power and consistency on their full court game with the use of tactics. To get a feel of what this program looks like, please view our photo gallery at the bottom of this page.

SCHEDULE

Please make sure to note the changes: in day's and hours of operation monthly or seasonal, number of classes per week offered, rate differences etc. as you sign up for classes. For your convenience the schedule for a full year has been created in advance, with children's wake up time, parent and child's work and school schedule and day light savings time changes in mind.

DESCRIPTION

This program is for 3.5 and above intermediate to advanced players only! No Beginners please!
Get ready for a full cardio workout while hitting a lot of fast paced balls and a lot of high intensity, fun group tennis games. This is a great new way to get in shape, burn calories and includes a warm up and cool down drill. You will definitely improve your game as you will be hitting a lot of balls and repeating various shots. We will monitor your heart rate at intervals, so you stay within individualized aerobic target training zones.
