DESCRIPTION
This program is for anyone who already knows how to play tennis, as we will have very quick, small bursts of instructions & rightaway go into drills & fun group tennis games.
Get ready for a full cardio workout while hitting a lot of fast paced balls and a lot of high intensity, fun
group tennis games. This is a great new way to get in shape, burn calories and includes a warm up and cool down drill.
You will definitely improve your game as you will be hitting a lot of balls and repeating various shots.
We will monitor your heart rate at intervals, so you stay within individualized aerobic target training zones.
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring high intensity drills to give players
of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.

Important,Please note: Personal absences, and classes that fall under federal holidays will not
be refunded, credited or madeup, whether you sign up for 1 month or 3 months.

DEADLINE & LATE FEE: Any payment mailed/postmarked after the 25th of the month prior to the 1 month or 3 month season
is subject to late fee. $15 extra is added to the fee's.
