Designed for players with little or no exposure to tennis.
Players will get an indepth understanding of different stroke production and grips through progressions.

DESCRIPTION
A highly technical "OCTAGON METHOD" is introduced to learn proper grips on
Forehands, backhands, volleys and serves.
Rallying the ball is emphasized on a mini tennis court situation which progresses into the graduated
length method in a full court environment.
Cardio Workout drills are always a fun part of the program,
which allows players to hit a lot of balls. You will definitely improve your game as you will be hitting a
lot of balls and repeating various shots. We will monitor your heart rate at intervals, so you stay
within individualized aerobic target training zones.
Larger specialty foam balls called "Spinners" are also used for higher rate of contact and
consistency both in mini tennis and full court games and during warm up and cool down drills.
Scoring, singles and doubles games are introduced and match play follows, making it a fun team and individual experience.
