Adult Beginners - INSTRUCTIONAL AND CARDIO DRILLS COMBO

January 2nd to December 28th (First 4 weeks of each month)

Deadline:
Registration and payments and liability forms must be received by the 25th of the month prior to the 1 month or 3 months, you are signing up for. Anything mailed or postmarked after the 25th is subject to late fee without any exceptions. Liability forms need to be filled out only once each year.

A combination or quick instructions and cardio workout tennis drills for Beginners.
Designed for players with little or no exposure to tennis. Players will get quick introduction and understanding of different stroke production and grips. We introduce forehands, backhands, serves, volleys, overheads and other skills and lot's of cardio workout combination and drills with music. Please find detailed description of the class at the bottom of the page as well as a photo gallery. If you are interested in more in-depth instructions please sign up for our private lessons(click on the left menu item) by e-mailing coach Aruna.

TIA (Tennis Industry Association) recognizes "tennisbuddys" as,"An Official Cardio Tennis Site". Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring high intensity drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. View our photo gallery at the bottom of this page!

Important,Please note: Personal absences, and classes that fall under federal holidays will not be refunded, credited or madeup, whether you sign up for 1 month or 3 months. Please read tennisbuddy's policy before you sign up and find out which classes falls under holidays.

Classes run the first four weeks of each month, 1st to the 28th. If any of the classes fall under the following tennisbuddys holiday's, we do not have class. No refund, credit or makeup.

COMPLETE DESCRIPTION

Cardio Workout drills are always a fun part of the program, which allows players to hit a lot of balls. You will definitely improve your game as you will be hitting a lot of balls and repeating various shots. We will monitor your heart rate at intervals, so you stay within individualized aerobic target training zones.
Larger specialty foam balls called "Spinners" are also used for higher rate of contact and consistency both in mini tennis and full court games and during warm up and cool down drills.
It is a fun team and individual experience.
