Future Star 2 (age 12-15 Advanced Beginners)
For players who have graduated from Future Star 1, or are able to rally the ball minimum 10 times comfortably
half court and about 5 times minimum, comfortably full court.

DESCRIPTION
Proper grips using the highly technical "OCTAGON METHOD" is continued, and maintaining long rallys on forehands and
backhands is re-emphasized. Serves, volleys, overheads are combined for regular game play and
scoring in a full court court environment is taught. Fun and challenging, team and individual games are
keep the children interested. Fitness and conditioning, cross training drills are key at this level,
with the use of ladders and donuts and other tools. Full court singles and doubles games are introduced.
Improved players will be moved to the highest level player's group - "All Star".
